Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Runshow ("Runshow", "we", "us") operates the Runshow event production platform, available at https://runshow.pro and https://run-show-pro.base44.app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect when you use the Service, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to everyone who uses the Service.

2. Who We Are

Runshow is the data controller for the personal information processed through the Service. If you have any question, request, or complaint about your personal information, contact us at maxibon1230@gmail.com.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity and account data: your name, email address, and profile picture (when you sign in with Google), and a securely hashed password (when you register with email).
  • Content data: the projects you create and everything in them, including rundowns, technical riders, crew lists, item lists, scripts, floor plans, expense records, and any images or files you upload.
  • Transaction data: your token pack purchases (amount, date, confirmation), your credit and token balance, and your token spend history. Card details are collected by our payment provider, not by us.
  • Technical and usage data: the pages and features you use, timestamps, IP address, device and browser type, and your language preference.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including authenticating you when you log in.
  • To process token purchases and manage your credit and token balance.
  • To send you service-related emails, such as verification codes, receipts, and teammate invitations.
  • To provide the AI generation features, by sending the project details and prompts you provide to our AI providers.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse of the Service.
  • To understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

5. AI Features

When you use our AI features (for example, to generate a rundown, technical rider, crew list, item list, or script), the project information and prompts you provide are sent to third-party AI providers, which process that content to generate the results. Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers or health information) to these features. The AI providers process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (an authentication token), to remember your language preference, and to remember your interface settings. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Payments

Token packs are paid through our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card and payment details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number. We receive from Stripe a confirmation of the purchase, the amount, and the date, so we can credit your token balance.

8. How We Share Information

We share your personal information only in these circumstances:

  • Teammates: a project becomes visible to another user only when you explicitly invite that user as a teammate.
  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), our AI providers (content generation), and our hosting and email infrastructure providers — each acting under contract and only to provide their part of the Service.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

9. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your personal information while your account is active. If you delete content from your account, it is removed from the Service. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal information, except for transaction records we are legally required to keep (for example, for tax purposes).

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information: to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, to withdraw consent for processing based on consent, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at maxibon1230@gmail.com and we will respond.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. If your information is transferred internationally, we protect it as described in this Privacy Policy.

14. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date shown at the top is when it was last updated. If you continue to use the Service after an update, that means you accept the revised policy.

16. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or about your personal information, contact us at maxibon1230@gmail.com.
