1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Runshow platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and you must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian).

3. Credits and Token Purchases

New accounts receive 80 free credits. Creating a project costs 50 tokens and inviting a teammate costs 5 tokens. You can buy additional token packs in the app; purchases are processed by Stripe.

All token purchases are final. Except where required by law, purchased tokens are non-refundable and have no cash value. We may change token prices and pack sizes at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, resell access to the platform, or abuse the AI generation features (for example, generating harmful, infringing, or misleading content). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Rundowns, riders, scripts, and lists produced by the AI assistant are suggestions only and may contain errors or omissions. Always review AI-generated content before using it for a live event. You are solely responsible for the final content you use.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create in your projects. The platform itself — including its software, design, and brand — is and remains our property.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or losses caused by errors in AI-generated content or disruptions during a live event.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us at maxibon1230@gmail.com.
